Herbal First-Aid Travel Kit
includes all these:
New Tummy Stuff: For indigestion, nausea, or gas, take 1-4 droppers in a little water or apple juice, to settle and soothe the stomach. Use as needed.
Cold and Flu Blend: At the first sign of a cold or sore throat, take 3 droppersful in a little water or apple juice, 3 times a day, for no more that 5 days. The first day’s doses may be doubled (6 droppersful). Has antibacterial and antiviral qualities.
Sinus Un-Stuff: To assist in clearing allergic nasal and sinus congestion, take 1-6 droppersful in a little water or apple juice. Use as needed.
Rest & Relax Blend: For use as a calming agent or sleep aid, without “hangover” effect, take 1-4 droppersful in water or apple juice, as needed.
Headache Blend: To ease headache pain, take 1-4 droppersful in water or apple juice, as needed.
Energy-Endurance Blend: To help boost lagging energy level temporarily without feeling nervous, take 1-6 droppersful in water or apple juice, as needed.
Cosmic Comfort Salve: For any minor skin irritations, apply sparingly, as needed. Very soothing and healing for lips, noses, scratches, cuticles, bug bites, chapped skin, eczema, etc. Also good for pets.
Fred’s Foot Lotion: This refreshingly minty lotion eases foot fatigue when a bit is rubbed in. Of course, it’s best when applied by a friend. Do not use near eyes.
Liniment Stick: Roll-up stick to help ease muscle pain and bruising. Massage into sore areas as needed.
